We're on a mission to create a better veterinary care experience.
It's better for pets.
We always come back to the pet's perspective. Our delightfully inviting clinics and pet-centric approach helps our guests feel totally at ease, leading to happier pets who enjoy healthier lives. It takes commitment, communication, and constant creativity…but we wouldn't want it any other way.
It's better for people.
A pet parent founded Papaya after realizing how many aspects of veterinary care could improve. We took the headache out of finding care plans, refilling prescriptions, and scheduling exams with our use-friendly app. Plus, our memberships get pets care that's tailored to their unique needs, while saving their people time, money and stress.
It's better for veterinary professionals.
We give our team the tools and resources they need to come into their jobs prepared to take on whatever comes their way. That includes things like regular check-ins, generous time off, and professional mental health care. When they feel supported, they have the capacity to champion others' success within the clinic and outside of it.
MEET CLAYTON WEBB
Founder, CEO, proud pet parent.
Clayton Webb founded Papaya Pet Care to make the veterinary experience better for pets and people. As CEO, she is the driving vision behind our business, ensuring we continue to excel in all facets of client care. As a pet parent herself (to a dog, Percy, and cat, Icarus), Clayton personally experienced many issues in getting her pets care—from a lack of education for pet parents to confusing pricing and inconsistencies across clinics. She has made it her mission to create a veterinary experience that's compassionate, joyful, and inviting. Clayton's experience is rooted in corporate strategy and she earned a master's degree from the prestigious University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
